All programs, private consultations, training and supervision sessions are available by phone and in person. Structured programs are time limited and are designed around specific learning objectives. For example, the 8 Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program is designed to help you reduce stress by learning to use and practice a series of mindfulness techniques over an 8 week period. The 6 Week Core Program is designed to help you deal with challenging situations more effectively by learning how to strategically use a variety of techniques to see beyond current circumstances and discover new options and solutions. Structured programs are available to individuals, groups and organizations. Customized programs are designed around the particular interests and issues of each client or group. Private consultation and individual sessions address personal areas of concern. Individual and group training and supervision in Image psychology are available for therapists and others interested in integrating the eidetic model into their practice.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Distance Learning programs
The 8 Week Mindfulness Program is available to individuals and groups. Each weekly phone session meets for 45 minutes to discuss the previous week’s mindfulness practices and to guide you through the upcoming week’s home practice. Practice CDs and learning materials will be provided with an outline of each week's home practice. Home practice comprises a large part of this program. An Introduction to Mindfulness
3 sessions of basic mindfulness techniques that teach you how to calm your mind and relax your body.
Individual Sessions and Consultation
Private consultation and individual sessions offer you the opportunity to address specific issues and areas of concern; time and duration are flexible.
